"The German who became a Mineiro"

The German came to Brazil in the 1950's and settled in the state of Minas Gerais, thus becoming a "Mineiro". Over the years he learned to make exquisite bread and cream recipes. In 2000 he opened a commercial garlic, onion and pizza vread bakery in Vinhedo – São Paulo. 

Bakery

Our products are made with no chemical preservatives, so there's no sacrificing the natural flavor. All of our products are pre-baked daily and commercially frozen in order to guarantee easy preparation in conventional and toaster ovens or on your BBQ grill.

Resale

Our products are commercially boxed, which is unique and exclusive to the "Casa do Pão de Alho". The package contains all necessary information to acquaint the customer with our products; including nutritional information, use preparetion methods.

We suppliy posters, banners, freezers, folders and displays for better represent our products.
